Monthly tiffin subscriptions must be paid in advance.
Bulk or event catering orders may require advance payment.
Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order cancellations must be informed within the allowed time frame.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per company policy.
No refund will be issued for meals already prepared or dispatched.

Delivery timings are fixed and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.
Customers must provide correct delivery details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
5️⃣ Food Quality & Responsibility
We maintain high hygiene and quality standards.
Customers are advised to consume meals immediately after delivery.
We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
